We will spend the next 8-Weeks trying to start to diversify our energy system in an effort to burn more fat through our exercise As the programmer I will be shooting to get y'all 4 Days a week of Zone 2 Training, and 2 Days a week of Zone 3-5 Training and Strict Strength.
