Our carefully designed fitness programs emphasize improving your metabolism and building your strength, helping you achieve a longer, healthier, and more vibrant life.
Going to the gym can be tough and sometimes intimidating. We make it easier by fostering a fun, supportive community where everyone is working on their own personal wellness journeys. Each of us brings a unique story and perspective, and we truly value and celebrate those differences. Our shared goal is to improve our overall quality of life, not just for today but for the years ahead. We’re regular people, with everyday challenges, striving to be our best selves now and in the future.

We STRONGLY encourage our community to shoot for 4+ workouts a week. The programming is built around improving our metabolic health, gaining strength, and improving our VO2 max - all things that tend to decrease as we age. The programming only works if you show up and do the work.

Our class sizes are small. We are here to give you specific, timely, feedback and encouragement.
Everyone starts at a different level, and we adjust workouts to fit all. I, Jess, will get to know you, understand your abilities, and challenge you from there.
